He's a perfectionist. He's analytical. He's exacting. He's controlling. He's all that, and we're glad - we wouldn't want our President & COO to be anything else. As Michael himself has said, "People think I look at things specifically to find a problem. And to be quite honest, they're right. That's my job - and I love my job." Thanks to his strategic insights and solid business skills, he shepherded SMS from its tender infancy into its present-day success as a techno-powerhouse. Along the way he's managed to snag a beautiful wife, become a father four times over, and always squeezes in time for a game of laser tag - natch.
